DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email riveirkochar@gmail.com or call +1 (417)680-4600 within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item and your order number. We do not damage claim after 2 days of delivery. We will refund the money only to the original payment method.
NON DAMAGED ITEMS:
We only offer store credit for all returns except damage Items must be returned in unused original condition with original box and all the accesories.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
All returns must be made within 14 DAYS of the order being delivered. Please make sure it is delivered back to RIVEIR KOCHAR by day 14. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. RIVEIR KOCHAR does not provide return labels. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but if mistakes happen! All reports must be made within 2 days of shipment on your order or it will not be accepted. We’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you’ve received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 2 days so that we can ship you the correct item.
